CHRIS STONESTREET

graphic designer

As you already know my name is Chris Stonestreet and I’m a self-employed graphic designer under the name ‘Pixeldrip’. This website is an online portfolio of design projects specialising in the fields of corporate identity (logo) design, web design, print design and branding. I spend the majority of my time designing and implementing marketing promotions for businesses such as logos, websites, letterhead, business cards, packaging and more.

THE BACKGROUND

I hold a Bachelor of Visual Communication (Graphic Design Major) from The University of Newcastle, Australia with a Dean’s Recommendation of Honors. I’ve had a multitude of experience with agencies and studio’s including Heat Marketing, Mezzanine Media, Cleo Consulting and Headjam Design Studio. During the day, at my full time job, I work with clients such as Rus Mining, Hotel Delany, Allworth Homes, Energy Australia and many more. At night I freelance with clients on a more personal level through my own business.

THE PROCESS

I start every project by reviewing and analyzing industry competitors, relevant projects and suitable references. Feed back to the client for continual input from both parties.

Once information has been supplied by the client, I explore all possibilities and avenues. Initial ideas and concepts are presented for the client's review.

Once a decision is made in which direction to develop, a more refined concept will be presented to the client. I will also discuss in more detail print materials, online functions and features.

The final solution will be delivered, hitting the deadline. I like to develop a relationship with my clients and provide them with an ongoing design service for this current project and more.
